Olfactory test: Intense and persistent, with hints of jam, given by the slight withering of the grapes, spicy.

Taste: warm, full-bodied, slightly tannic, mostly due to the Primitivo grape variety, but velvety and spicy. Great wine obtained in full respect of Matera DOC, combining a native grape variety with large international varieties.
