Visual examination: luminous, crystalline, with a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish nuances. Olfactory test: it is quite intense, has a beautiful vegetal impact of elder and gives aromas marked by the sweet tones of white pulp fruit.
Taste test: dry, quite warm, quite soft and well supported by a good acidity, the sapidity is appreciable. On the palate it expands with a quiet progression that shows its structure.

Ideal serving temperature: to be served at 10-12 ° C in tulip glasses for white wines.
Pairings: goes well with both fish and white meat dishes, also excellent as an aperitif (served at a temperature of 5-6 ° C).
