Features Deep ruby red, to the nose it expresses notes of cherry that are combined with hints of candied fruit, aromatic herbs and distant flavors of vanilla. In the mouth it is of great intensity and is characterized by a tannic texture perfectly integrated with the taste, which is reminiscent of silk. Balanced, fleshy, mineral, slightly savory and very drinkable it closes with a finish of excellent persistence that returns on light fruity notes. Serving suggestions: throughout the meal, it goes well with second courses of red meat.
