We grow the peppers in our fields, after a careful selection of the seeds. We take extreme care in the phase in which it is fried, using only extra virgin olive oil, thus obtaining the traditional Pepper Crusco.
Fragrant and tasty, it can be consumed on its own, accompanying hors d’oeuvres or crumbled into pasta or main courses, especially on cod.
